Delete Account

To request deletion of your Solingo account and associated data, email support@solingo.fun.

What to include

  • The email address used for your account (or Apple Sign-In identifier, if applicable)
  • Your country/region (optional, helps with legal requirements)
  • Any extra context (for example “I can’t access the app anymore”)

What gets deleted

We will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, which may include account identifiers, learning progress, and app usage records linked to you.

Timing & exceptions

We typically process deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain certain information if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for security/abuse prevention.
